What IS AUTHENTICITY WORK?
For many of us, we learn from a young age to become the version of us that is accepted by others. Maybe you feel like you’ve been playing a role that was given to you, or maybe you feel like you’ve been repeating patterns that don’t feel true to who you really are inside. Therapy can be a beautiful and courageous space to explore who you are, free from judgment and masks. I recognize the importance of cultural humility in authenticity work and will work hard to understand your unique experience.

Therapy for authenticity
55-minute session
I practice with authenticity and celebrate the uniqueness that each client brings with them into the therapeutic space. Together, we can explore your internal landscape, identifying and honoring what makes you, you. I pull from Existential Therapy, which celebrates each individual’s innate authenticity and creativity. Attachment theories (Emotion-Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)) provide a framework for helping clients to be curious about how they show up in different spaces, as well as help clients to tune into their emotions and innate wisdom.
